textPlus: Text Message + Call App Reviews

Half the time the texts dont go through and the new update is complete CRAP!

Your update logged me out & I dont remember my password. Change this, because its annoying to have to reset it. **UPDATE** I just remembered my password so all is forgiven.

Okay, Honestly regret updating because now when I recieve texts from others, I cannot see them. It shows me double notifications, its very irritating!! Please fix this.

I give it a 4 because the only thing I dont like is that I can send videos to my people and can you plz fix that plz

for some reason they upgrade it automatically and omg.. This update is bad. First I tried getting minutes by watching videos and they always say theres "no video" and another thing is, when I receive a call I cant answer and the quality just no. ILL RATHER HAVE THE OLD VERSION WHICH IS TEXTPLUS

I have to sign out and then sign back in in order to view new text messages. Refreshing doesnt show them. I cannot see any of my past replies to other people but I can see theirs. This is the same issue I had with Nextplus.

You cant watch videos for credits. I have tried 4 different times and I keep getting a message that there isnt any video available for credit. What a joke! Bye textPlus!!!

Can yall fix the app cause it wont let me get a number.

Before this update I downloaded this app so I could send pictures to my friend who doesnt have an iPhone. With this update, they completely ditched a useable interface, plus they signed me out, and I cant get sign back in! Please change it to how it was before.

Textplus old version was just fine til you came up with upgrade. Im getting message alerts from my friends but when I go check my text I dont see the messages and Im not so sure theyre even receiving mines since Im not getting the usual quick response back. Hopefully this gets fixed right away

Is the update supposed to only show my messages in a conversation unless the app is open and draining my battery? Come on, now. Why complicate things? The version previous to this was much better.

Text plus is a great app. However with this latest update, the program no longer works properly. Since Ive updated I cant long into the app anymore.

ugh Ive been using this app for years and they update it and now I cant even use it. I get a text and I cant view it once I open the app, it only shows my messages. and when Im notified I get two of the same messages which is weird too. please fix all these bugs): I wanna be able to use this again

Ive had this app for YEARS but this new update is horrible! Do not update! My iPad and iPhone updated it automatically and I have to keep signing in and out to get my messages. Please fix this app ASAP!!

Well sence they updated it its horrorable. I loved this app it allowed me to chat with my non Apple friends and now it wont even let me sign in. So I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Ive always loved this app because I have an iPod touch and my parents dont have iPhones, so its easy to communicate with them via this app. but because of this update, Ive been logged out and whenever I put my number in that the app gave me, it says it isnt valid, which isnt true because Im still receiving messages. Ive contacted your support several times about this and have yet to get a reply. fix this or I will have to find a new app.

I bought 250 minutes 2 days ago now and I see it on my transaction history but I still only have 3 cents from watching videos. Can you guys help me acquire the minutes I paid for please? It would be appreciated.

Update ruined everything. I cant even use the app without having a problem
